Last month I organised the event “The Lessons of Economic History” in the European Parliament. It was kindly hosted by Professor Joachim Starbatty MEP, one of the most knowledgeable MEPs in economics and economic history.
I gave a speech on the cultural foundations of the rise of the West, including the values of the Enlightenment.
